Jacquees, Ray J, Mike Jones, Bobby V, Amanda Perez & MC Magic in One Park, One Night, Fresno — Don't Be the One Sitting at Home

R&B Night Out: In The Park Edition takes over Woodward Park's Rotary Amphitheater on Saturday, May 30, and the lineup is genuinely insane. Tickets are moving. Here's everything you need to know — and a friendly warning about what happens to people who scroll past this.

Okay. Sit down. Take a breath. We need to have a talk.

On Saturday, May 30, Brad Jaurique Promotions is bringing Jacquees, Amanda Perez, Ray J, Ralph Edwards, Mike Jones, Bobby V, and MC Magic to the Rotary Amphitheater at Woodward Park for R&B Night Out – In The Park Edition. All in one night. All on one stage. In Fresno.

Read that lineup again.

Now read it one more time, slowly, and try to remember the last time the Central Valley got a show with this much firepower in a single evening. We'll wait.

Yeah. That's what we thought.

The Lineup, Just So We're All On the Same Page

- Jacquees — the King of R&B (his words, but also kind of true), one of the most-streamed R&B voices of the last decade - Ray J — yes, that Ray J, "One Wish," "Sexy Can I," entire catalog of songs you absolutely know every word to whether you'll admit it or not - Bobby V — "Slow Down," "Tell Me," basically the soundtrack to anybody's high school relationship who came of age in the 2000s - Mike Jones — "Back Then," "Still Tippin'" — Houston royalty, certified hood classic - Amanda Perez — "Angel," local Central Valley legend, this is going to be a moment - MC Magic — Latin R&B icon, "Lost In Love," massive Central Valley fanbase - Ralph Edwards — soulful R&B vocals, opening the night strong

That is not a tour stop. That is a festival squeezed into one ticket.

The Setting Is Going to Be Ridiculous

The Rotary Amphitheater sits inside Woodward Park, which means you're getting all of this music under an actual sky, surrounded by trees, with a sunset rolling in around 8 PM exactly when the headliners are heating up. If you've been to a show at Woodward, you already know — there's nothing else like it in the 559. If you haven't, this is a great first time.

Bring a blanket. Bring a hoodie for after dark. Bring the friend group you've been threatening to actually do something with.

The Real Talk

Look. We're not going to do the whole "this is a big deal" thing again because if you've made it this far, you already get it.

But here's the part nobody likes to hear: shows like this in Fresno don't happen often, and when they do, they sell out faster than people expect.

The math is brutal. The Rotary Amphitheater holds a finite number of people. Every R&B fan in Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Madera, Hanford, Tulare, Selma, and Sanger is currently being told about this exact show by an algorithm somewhere. The Central Valley R&B and Latin music scenes are enormous, and "Ray J + Bobby V + Jacquees in the park on a Saturday in May" is not a sentence anyone scrolls past.

You have two options:

1. Buy your ticket now, lock it in, plan the pregame, decide on shoes, and spend the next month casually mentioning to coworkers that you're going to that show. 2. Wait three weeks, check the link on a Wednesday at lunch, see "SOLD OUT" in red letters, and spend the entire weekend of May 30 watching everyone else's stories from inside Woodward Park while you eat dinner on your couch.

We've seen this movie before. It always ends the same way.

One Last Thing

There is going to be a version of you on Sunday morning, May 31, scrolling through Instagram. That version of you is either going to be looking at your own photos and videos from a legendary night under the sky at Woodward, or watching someone else live the night you talked yourself out of.

It's a few bucks to be the first version. It costs nothing to be the second one — but trust us, it doesn't feel free.
